I found out that this happens only if tcl is not enabled.  It was my
intention to enable tcl anyway, so I'm going to just let tcl enabled,
because xcircuit is much nicer with it, and thus get rid of the
segfaults.

But the behaviour without tcl is really broken.  I think that it might
be better not to compile at all, since currently the "Write ps" option
is broken.
