Click the "downloads" link that is on the left side.   Get this file.
http://opencircuitdesign.com/xcircuit/archive/xcircuit-3.7.26.tgz

Next on the downloads page, scroll down to  "Compile and Install
Instructions" and click that.
See where is says "Prerequisites/Requirements".   You should have a working
X11 system.  Apple suplies that but it mmay not be installed by default.
