No, I can't reproduce it. *grrr* It happened at the end of the day. I got the libraries and drawing saved and did not touch it again 'till the next day. Computer was NOT restarted - but now it is working correctly. At least half a dozen different drawing - repeatedly on the one that had problems - perfect behavior. On all points. No extra libraries created, cursor normal, and (previously not mentioned) dialog window focus behaving. So if it was a bug, it is an well hidden one.
