It is probably easier in this case to just replace the resistor with
the one from the analog library.  However, you can always add a name
or value.  The value can be plain text, in which case it applies to
all instances of the component;  or you can define parameters using
the parameter pop-up dialog, and then insert the parameters into the
text, in which case you can change the parameter for each instance of
the component.

Please see the tutorials #2 and #3 for more in-depth explanations of
how to create and use parameters in symbols.
