The ASG code was and always has been experimental, built from some code
given to me that was nominally suited for xcircuit but which was
originally written for a different application.  After modifying for
the difference in the underlying measurement units, I could never get it
to work properly.  Which is why there is no "File->Import->SPICE" option
in the menu.

The command-line command would be "page import spice <filename>", but is
most likely to crash xcircuit.

I still have hopes that one day I can get back to debugging the ASG code.
I think that fundamentally, it is a sound algorithm.
