Hi, Tim. Thanks very much for your reply. I will give it a try on my very simple spice deck. -charlie

The ASG code was and always has been experimental, built from some code given to me that was nominally suited for xcircuit but which was originally written for a different application. After modifying for the difference in the underlying measurement units, I could never get it to work properly. Which is why there is no "File->Import->SPICE" option in the menu. The command-line command would be "page import spice <filename>", but is most likely to crash xcircuit. I still have hopes that one day I can get back to debugging the ASG code. I think that fundamentally, it is a sound algorithm. Regards, Tim +--------------------------------+-------------------------------------+ | R.
