I have it in Mavericks and the whole multi app windowing model that used to 
work fine in Snow Leopard and on Multiple monitors is now inconsistent as hell 
in Mavericks.  !/2 the time you click on a window in an app and it brings 
windows from other apps on the other monitor to the front as well as the window 
from from Xcode itself.  

There are times you wish that they would get a good working model form 
something as critical as app windowing and stop messing with it.  These are 
those times.
