git tells me that I just set the UILaunchStoryboardName property to my main storyboard for the phone and that was enough to make it run on a 6 and not appear ’stretched'. I believe that you can even just create an empty XIB file and set that as the property and it will work, my storyboard already scaled fine so I just used that.
