I double-clicked an Xcode 6.1.1 project icon just now, expecting the project to
open in Xcode as usual. Instead, OmniGraffle Pro 6 launched with an alert
saying "The Xcode project can be diagrammed by dragging its containing folder
onto the OmniGraffle application icon." Sure enough, Finder's Get Info panel on
the Xcode project icon reports that it is to be opened with "OmniGraffle
(default)."

The only thing different about my computer this morning is that I installed OS
X 10.10.2 yesterday from the Mac App Store. I don't see how that could have
caused this change in behavior. I will of course set the Finder default back to
Xcode and life will go on.

At first I wondered if this was a clever effort by the smart folks at Omni
Group to advertise this capability of OmniGraffle. But no, on my other,
identically configured Mac, the project icon's Get Info panel still reports
that Xcode is the default owner. (By the way, the OmniGraffle diagram of the
project is actually quite nice. It could be very useful for a complex project.)

Anybody have an idea what's going on?
