It's before *ANY* of your code, or even class initializations, are run. It's when the linker is trying to load libraries and resolve symbols. So, it's a problem with what SDKs you've specified vs what functions you're calling. Did you bump your deployment target from 10.6 to 10.7 when you went to 64-bit?
