I got the same issue with beta 2, also with Xcode 6.4, I just drop all 
simulators,

`cd ~/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/` then remove all folders, `rm 
-rf *`,

so I add it once again the simulators that I need here: Windows > Devices, 
press plus sign to add simulators. That’s the only thing that fix it for me.
