Panic! I’ve been having similar issues with 6.4 corrupting Project Files, it seemed to happened on large checkins, one thing I always do is to commit the project file separately. Also I don’t use XCode to commit to the Database, I use GitTower which is more reliable by far and really good support for when you are in “git ate my project” mode.
