I was having all sorts of problems so I went in and nuked all of the shared 
support stuff between Xcode versions (so it was like Xcode had never been run 
on that machine) and then ran Xcode 7 DP5 (which re-installed dependent stuff) 
and that seemed to make all of the weirdness go away for me.
