So the new Xcode 7 beta 6 has this is known issues: Xcode does not support two-factor authentication. Developers should continue to authenticate with username and password. (19581582) So I'm supposed to turn off my two-factor authentication to use Xcode? I think not! Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I'm pretty sure it was ok in beta 5.
