I have a static library project with a custom build rule for *.proto files. But Xcode 7.1.1 won't let me add the .proto file to any of my targets, and it doesn't seem to be getting built by the rule.
I had this working in an older project. In that project, I can see the .proto files are part of the target with the custom build rule, but that target is also greyed out with the .proto file selected. Some targets are not greyed out. In the new project, only the static lib project is greyed out. Why can't I add that to my target?
