Yeah, there should be your certs in the login or system keychain

The private key is created with you select your cert and export it from the 
File menu.

You can then take this (record the password), copy it onto your other box and 
double click to install it.  It gets installed back into your keychain on the 
new box.

I got to overview on this process from Ron Roche's book, Essential iOS Build 
and Release, Chapter 4.  

Even though Xcode is supposed to do this for you these days, in my mind, it's 
imperative to understand what's going on under the hood so you can deal with 
situations exactly like this.
