Actually, no.  I didn't.  As least I don't think so.  All I did was delete the 
expired WWDRCA cert that was in the System keychain.


After doing that, all my red certificates that perviously were issued from an 
invalid issuer turned green and were valid.


Right after that, I clicked Try Again in the export dialog and exported the iOS 
app with the Ad-Hoc profile successfully.


It's a fun world. : /
