I believe that import <> will search a folder path or paths for the files.

My suspicion is that  (but I am not sure) that it would look within the 
settings for your header search paths in your project's Build Settings.

In any case, I'd like to know more about the difference as well, so if you get 
the clear scoop on the details, please share.
