Definitely not with Xcode 7 — I just looked in the target settings UI, and the “Deployment iOS Version” setting only goes down as far as iOS 6. You’d have to download an older Xcode* to find one that supports iOS 3. Hopefully it will still run on OS X 10.11… —Jens * https://developer.apple.com/downloads/
