[xcpu] [PATCH] mvapich support

This patch adds a new app to the utils directory, xmvapich that can be used to run MPI jobs compiled with mvapich2. The patch also adds some functions to libspclient and libxcpu that allow getting the local address for a session (used in xmvapich.c). Not tested, but xmvapich will probably allow running mpi apps compiled with mpich2.

No support for TotalView at the moment.
