Ralph,
That's good news for me to know I'm not alone with this problem, and again
its fine with tomtom for me.
I have sent Tobias some logs, hopefully it will lead to a resolution.
Regards
Mark

Subject: Re: [Xcsoar-user] WM2003SE and Bluetooth GPS
Thank you for that mail!
Because, I have the same problem and I thought I was doing anything wrong.
For 5.2.4 it was working fine, but for all the 6.0 versions my system hangs
up after a while.
I need to do a reset.
My system is:
- iPaq hx4700
- Bluetooth GPS Mouse (I don't have it here at the moment for a more
detailed description)
Normally I connect to FLARM. But sometimes I do not have this possibility.
TomTom is working fine with the same system.
Best regards,
Ralph

I have been using XCS0ar 5.2.4 quite successfully on an Ipaq RX3715 with a
Bluetooth GPS, but have been unable to get any of the 6.0 versions to run
properly, up to an including 2010-09-29.
I'm guessing it to be some sort of deadlock with the Bluetooth, as with the
GPS turned off I can operate XCSoar for any period without issue.
But once the GPS is connected and fixed XCSoar works for a few minutes and
then pops up a box "Waiting for GPS Connection" and shortly therafter
becomes non responsive (hardware buttons generate beeps though). If I then
turn the GPS off I eventually get a pop up "Restarting Comm Ports" and again
it responds, but will no reconnect to GPS when turned back on.
Any suggestions on how I can try to troubleshoot/ resolve this ?
Thanks & Regards
Mark
