Thanks for the suggestion.  That does change the coloring of the trace to
indicate the altitude of the flight, but it doesn't impact the statistics
and I don't see a setting in the options to tell SeeYou to pay attention to
the GPS Altitude instead of the pressure altitude.  The pressure altitude is
missing from the IGC file.  A minor regression bug I guess.

I filed a ticket and will keep it update with comments when I find out more
info that might be useful.
