I went for a Samsung Galaxy Tab. It got a 7" TFT display which i hope
is a good size. There really seem to be no devices with a
transflective display out there. And all have a damn glossy surface.
Once there is a sunny day i have to compare it to the Super AMOLED
displays of the smaller android devices. There are also rumors, that
the next-gen Galaxy Tab will get a Amoled display too. But i'm not
sure whether this will be an improvement in bright sunlight or not.

PS: If anyone finds a android device with a good big transflective
display, please let me know! Would be great, if you don't need any
external power supply for long flight, just to fight the sun with a
backlight.
