Hi Rob, It's winter here too, and I'm waiting to get my transceiver back from Dittel before I fly it again. It may be a month or two before I can make a recording in flight. I don't think it's a bug though, just 'future capability'. The 302 and the 302A have some significant differences in the output stream, and last time I asked (Sept 2009) John Wharington replied that XCSoar doesn't use the Cambridge 302A PCAID message.
