Hi Claus,
don't mistake multiple startpoints for something that it is not. I
haven't yet seen a German competition that uses multiple startpoint in
one task. Multiple startpoints are mainly used in Australia and as much
as I am sorry that we don't have them yet, I don't think anyone else
will really miss them right now.
Also keep in mind that until the end of April, much can change in an
application like XCSoar. If you have any suggestions on features or
anything else don't hesitate to tell us.

Oh yes,
this is a "no go" feature when misising.
I'l'l use XCSoar against WinPilot in Klix from 29. April 2011 in a
double seater just to have the direct comparison.
Movable start - and finish - points is an absolutely must...

Ahh okay, cheers chad.
I guess ill have to downgrade to 5.2.4 for now - at the club class
nationals, and it can be a disadvantage having to choose a specific
start sector prior to flying.

This feature is not version 6 yet. Sounds like it will go in
during the next version 6.1

task editor somewhere. I've read the section in the manual and it
says pretty much the same thing.
