Good feedback.

This is draft #1 -- I'll post #2 in a day or two after we've 
incorporated comments from draft #1.

Generally, we're trying to simplify the menu structure and UI for the 
pilot.  Specifically, the Task-related UI.
* making the menu navigation simpler, and less daunting for new and 
experienced users.
* this may mean removing redundancies or moving items in the menu
* anything else -- Max mentions in a post that the Info > Analysis > 
Task Speed and Task Analysis seem related to Task Calculator, but are 
in different parts of the menu structure.
