Hi RJ,

I think from your description you are saving the map/waypoint files to the
same location the executable. As far as i know this will not work. You
should have two folders, for instance:

SDCard\Program Files\XCSoar\     (This contains the XCSoar.exe file)
SDCard\XCSoarData\                    (Put map files here)

The location of the first folder is not important, i could be
SDCard\somefolder\anotherfolder\xcsoar\. I think the behaviour is that
XCSoar will create the XCSoarData folder in the root of whichever storage
device the XCSoar.exe file is run from.
