What Android device are you loading onto?  It took several tries and and combinations but I finally was able to load all files (maps, airspace and turnpoints) onto a Motorola Droid.  I haven't been able to try many of the inflight functions yet but so far the maps, airspace and turnpoint files are all functioning, as well as the polar files.

I downloaded the app from the adroid store, but then used a computer to load the turnpoint, map and airspace files onto phone via the USB cable or just removing the SD card and plugging it into a computer.  I had a hard time doing this with my home computer (windows vista), but it seemed to load without any problems from a computer at work with an older version of windows.

On my xcsoar android installation, all the data belongs in the XCSoarData folder.
