Profile bug on iPAQ 3955/3970: Action- Change myPROFILE.prf Save new profile steps that normally work for me: 1. select myPROFILE.prf at startup 2. make changes and quit 3. duplicate xcsoar-registry.prf 4. rename duplicate to myPROFILE.prf
RESULT config parameters 4 Waypoint Display and 16 Units - changes do not take, there may be others, I haven't noticed yet. Found a GoAround: Make changes in PC version and copy files from the PC version to the iPAQ. So far this seems to work OK. The problem occurs when doing the copying, duplication and renaming on the iPAQ.
