The radio field is read from AR lines, so: AR 123.456 MHz
would result in "123.456 MHz" being displayed for that airspace. So far this is an undocumented addition to the OpenAir standard, feel free to ask the WinPilot guys to include it into the standard... The range field displays your distance to that airspace if I remember correctly.
