Regarding the inability of the Glidertools device to transmit "huge amounts of
data," I'd suggest those interested take a quick read of the manual for
additional information. On the last page, under the "Important Notice," it is
mentioned that the data to which the manual refers is ".CUP FILES CONTAINING
LISTS OF TRACK POINTS AND TASKS." It's recommended that one not use the device
to transmit this data to the flight recorder, using this BT device.
