Hi Hannu, I wasn't aware that clip altitude is not existing on Android. It might be due to the visibility setting that you have. If you set it to "All On" for example the irrelevant fields are hidden.
About the transparency: On Windows Mobile drawing transparency is rather expensive and an easier way is to use such semi-transparent patterns. On Android these kind of patterns are rather expensive while transparency is relatively cheap in comparison. That is why the patterns are disabled on android and only transparency is available. I don't know why exactly there is no fill mode on Android, but if you want it back please create a feature request (ticket) on our bug tracker. Fill mode was initially implemented on Windows Mobile because it is faster than the border-mode. Since Android devices are usually a bit faster it probably just wasn't implemented because the developer didn't think someone would need it.
