Might be like this:
the 19200 bauds setting is just for data communication with PC while
updating TP files, declaration and logger file download (if available).
When you connect it with XCSoar and need varo/airspeed/etc.
 - you need to activate NMEA output.
 - With NMEA output you might have fixed 4800 bauds speed only, so set that
in XCSoar devices menu for this LX unit.
Is this a RTFM type problem ;^)
