Hi,

This is done as follows:

Go to setting:

"Config", "Setup System", "Site Files", "Site Files".

You will then see a button "Waypts". Click button. Click "New" button and
add your waypoint(s). When you are done click "Save" button. (I have not
checked whether you have to click "Save" after each point or if clicking
once at the end is ok)

Exit settings.

You can now build a task using these waypoints. Your waypoints are also
visible on the map. If you just want to fly to a single waypoint, long-click
the waypoint on the map and click "Goto".

Regards,

Rob Hazes.

Emne: [Xcsoar-user] Manual waypoint entry

Hi there,

As a X. C. paraglider pilot I was excited to load xcsoar onto my galaxy
phone thinking that would be tidier than using soarpilot running on a palm.

However, I feel stupid asking but cant find anyway of manually loading
single waypoints. I have looked and can't, have asked others with no sucess.
What have I missed because it is potentially an awesome app if I can easily
mark and add a permenant waypoint or if I can easily mannually add lats and
longs to create a new wpt.

If this is not possible I would go back to soarpilot but that would be a
shame. I am sure this must be easy and that I must just need help to get it
sorted.

Cheers, Bruce Vickerman
