I have the same problem, and have tried cleaning up the Altair etc., but the
only workaround is to run off a memory stick.
I think there is also a problem saving any changes to Info Boxes. I'll confirm
this today, and raise a ticket if necessary.

Hi
I am trying to load 6.4.1 on to an ALtair and the Altair refuses to load
it. Exploring the downloads area and looking at the files when I pull
them down, I find significant differences
If I download the XCSoar.exe file, it downloads to be 3.61MB
If I download and extract from the ZIP, I get
XCSoar-Altair-600-CRC3E.exe at 1.409MB
I tried to download XCSoar 6.3 for a size comparison, but the link
returns a 404 file not found error.
I have tried to get my Altair to load both versions - but it won't -
insisting on staying with 6.2, so I think there is a problem with the
Altair files of some kind!
