I Have the same problem with my PNA Holux GPSmile 61CS, with windows mobile CE
6.0.
I have opened a ticket at bug report (http://bugs.xcsoar.org/ticket/2515).
If you can read the report and post your xcsoar startup log file, maybe can
help the developers to solve it.
