These angles are indeed a problem. We will implement a numeric keyboard for entering such values in the future, but unfortunately the day only has 24 hours and this is not our dayjob :-/ Aside from that, what you describe is not an "sector with internal radius" although I admit that the name might suggest it. The "sector with internal radius" is used for "sector" areas with a certain area cut out from the middle. For example half a ring or something like that. What you are looking for is called a "keyhole" sector, but unfortunately XCSoar is not supporting those in AATs yet, and in racing tasks only with predefined radiuses that are used frequently in the UK and Germany. If you write a ticket for that, I'll see what I can do about it. I agree that the whole task system of XCSoar is not flexible enough yet in some areas. >> When flying the task the small internal radius (circle) around the turnpoint >> does not show up on the map even though you can set the target in it. >> Further more it will not advance to the next turnpoint as it does not >> recognize you have entered the circle. The only way to do it is to manually >> advance to next turnpoint. I guess my previous explanation of the "sector with inner radius" should explain why you've noticed this "bug". >> I will add these to the bug tracker. Thanks again for the hard work guys, >> tomorrow the poker face goes on as the nationals start. Good luck!
