Re: testversion 6.6 Preview2 I cannot understand the new feature. Whemn I try to apply different resolutions tot he 2 different configures maps I do not get different results. Xcsoar still applies the same resolution to all the configured maps- But may be I do something wrong. I Use Xcsoar on a Galaxy Note N7000 with Jelly bean 4.1.2

(XCSoar 6.5.2 / Dell Streak) Thanks, that confirms my theory. I guess it's FLARM's turn now. The new FLARM firmware broke XCSoar's flight download, and looks like it has nothing to do with the XCSoar 6.4 to 6.5 upgrade. Others too. It appears it is especially difficult when downloading log files from a Flarm that has been updated to 5.0.9 with the log files logged with firmware 5.0.6 still stored in memory. New logs may work nonetheless. Indeed it is only active during circling, but I was hoping for an easy way to turn it on and off, such as by changing pages, perhaps similar to the sticky zoom. As such am looking for an easy way to switch it on and off. Looks like this can be done with 4 taps using the wind infobox. However since the tail drift is only active when circling, I would expect it to only be active in circling page, but currently, once this feature is enabled and the glider is circling, it is also active in cruise and final glide pages. Is this by design? Wouldn't it be better if it was only active in circling page so will be easier and quicker to see the trace with and without wind drift? >> >> Ramy >> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- >> Everyone hates slow websites. Ideally with IGC files and what was observed during flight. Thx. Sascha Gesendet ?ber Yahoo! (fyi - NMEA logger can be switched on in the config menu under logger). Sascha Gesendet ?ber Yahoo!
