A friend just asked me if I knew about any issues with XCSoar on Kobo declaring tasks to Volkslogger devices. Since I do not have any Volkslogger, I can’t help. Maybe someone on this list can:
He gets an XCSoar error message „Timed out“ whenever he tries to declare a task to any of the Volksloggers they have. It does work with other Loggers and Flarm, though. Also, it appears they can use the NMEA from the Volkslogger to run XCSoar on the Kobo, which is connected via BT, so in general, the connection should be established, driver and baud rate should be set correctly. Any hint on where to start troubleshooting?
