Yes, if we had a central organization distributing *one* HiColor theme
for all the icons in the standard name list this would certainly improve
the situation. App icons, which are supposed to have unique names,
shouldn't cause a problem -- there is no cure for the problem if icons
for two different apps have the same name except to tell the app
developers to fix it.
