New in this version is:
* Added xdg-user-dir shellscript
* Added videos dir
* s/Photos/Pictures/ in defaults
* Added more strings to translate.c so you can e.g .use both
"Pictures", "Photos", "pictures" and "photos".
* Add support for specifying filename encoding explicitly or
via user locale encoding.
I'll try to get this into freedesktop cvs soon so we can get some
translations in. (I only did the swedish translation to test it.)
