What is the status of this proposal? As I can see it haven't been commited to the spec repository (btw, what is the correct url for the systray-spec repository - http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/systemtray/systemtray-spec/ says it's outdated, however cgit.freedesktop.org doesn't contain any repository for specs).
