Would this be the right mailing list to discuss the desktop notification spec? A google search gives me this webpage:
http://www.galago-project.org/specs/notification with the latest spec to be 0.9. However at http://developer.gnome.org/notification-spec there's a draft version (currently 1.2) and refers to other version 1.1,1.0 as well.. Where is the official spec kept?
