PS: I just want to mount in <dir>/<label>, instead of <dir>/<uuid>.
It's possible that the behavior pointed above is buggy, but I will be
happy the same if there is another way to reach my goal.

Subject: UDisks2.Filesystem.Mount
To: [email protected]

Hi all,

I'm having a number of issues with UDisks2-Filesystem.Mount:

http://udisks.freedesktop.org/docs/latest/gdbus-org.freedesktop.UDisks2.Filesystem.html#gdbus-method-org-freedesktop-UDisks2-Filesystem.Mount

The documentation states:

"If the device in question is referenced in the /etc/fstab file, the
mount command is called directly (as root) and the given options or
filesystem type given in options are ignored"

But:

1) the device is not recognized when it's referenced in fstab by uuid
or by label.

2) if the users option is not given Mount fails because the filesystem
should be mounted as root, so I don't think it's calling mount as root
at all.

Any clue?

Best regards
