WebSphere 4.0 needs ids and as you know the ws-specific descriptors are
xmi files. Billy Newport released an interesting tool that does
conversion, see www.ejbinfo.com. Unfortunately there's no DTD for xmi
files. Firstly I want to implement web/ejb binding files (you can look
at Billy's work). Then I'll move on to cmp db mapping files. I
implemented id support, now I should put it wherever needed. Writing the
template seems to be rather easy. If you're free you may want to: put
<XDoclet:id/> whenever needed, and write xmi template files. I guess I
won't be free till weekend to implement it myself.
