core/samples/log4j/log4j.properties was removed, but
core/config/log4j.properties is still there. I just did a fresh checkout
and can confirm its there. It now gets put into the xdoclet.jar. I can
also confirm that the build is successful.. going off that same fresh
checkout...
where is it failing?
