Added code supplied by Jan Heise ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for JBoss security domain
Also changed web.xml generation to a) not put a session-config in unless
the timeout is set in the config (this was resulting in a 0 timeout in tomcat).
Fixed error in web.xml generation with regards to <distributable /> tag.
