- supporting java.lang.Object as return type of create methods
- fixed a bug in all ejb intf/class generator subtasks where we look at superclasses
for generate="true|false" param too, which was wrong
- changed samples to test new create return type system
- fixed a bug in entitypk.j where we were looping over fields in equals() methods
- fixed a bug in home/local-home.j where findByPK was generated for an abstract ejb,
which was wrong
