Summary: local-jndi-name support in jboss.xml

To support the local-jndi-name entry in the jboss.xml
file, one can add the following to the jboss_xml.j
file after the first <jndi-name>...</jndi-name> entry:
<XDtClass:ifHasClassTag tagName="ejb:bean"
paramName="local-jndi-name">
<local-jndi-name><XDtEjbHome:jndiName
type="local"/></local-jndi-name>
</XDtClass:ifHasClassTag>
