Changed fk-constraint to be an optional parameter
Changed it's default to false rather than true (since Hypersonic doesn't
support fk-constraint), and that is the database that jboss3 comes with.
renamed "foreign-key-column" to "fk-column", to be consistent with "pk*"
fields
renamed "relation-pk-column" to "related-pk-field", since it isn't
actually a column, it's the field name for the pk of the related ejb.
Updated jboss.html docs to reflect these changes
