The license is suppose to be BSD/Apache style, and I think I'm pretty safe saying you 
can redistribute XDoclet as part of OpenJMX
with the license in tact.  But to be sure, I've cc'd the dev list, and maybe someone 
can clarify the title on our license for you
(I'm no expert on licences).
